Terrific Tuesday #83-Bonus Tuesday In The Month Of November

With an extra Tuesday in November, I would like to share a few photos from my recent trip to Nashville, Tennessee, with my daughters. In the picture to the left, I'm sitting on the porch of the home we stayed at. We went to the local Farmers Market, visited the Johnny Cash Museum, and saw the Alan Jackson concert. I enjoyed the trip and will forever be thankful for the experience.

Terrific Tuesday #81-My Creating Process

 ~Hello, and welcome to Terrific Tuesday #81~

My daughter is hosting an engagement party, and she asked me to create some little party favors. She had an idea of something she wanted, yet she told me I could have "creative freedom" to make it cute.

I like that she gave me this permission 😉.

So I set out to create a tag with the bags she purchased. Her one request was that the tag read "Happy Engage-Mint" and put Life Savers individually wrapped mints inside each bag. I printed on white card stock with a little bit of playing around with fonts and images; I then used circle punches to create each tag. She also wanted name cards to match the tag on the bag. Here is my end result:

You might wonder about my daughter's reaction when I showed her the prototype before I created 15 tag and name card combinations. She said, "I love it, Mom." I was so happy she liked everything.

Terrific Tuesday #80-What To Write In A Card-Thanksgiving Or Thanking Someone

~Hello and welcome to Terrific Tuesday #80~

The Thanksgiving Holiday here in the United States is on Thursday, November 25,2021. Are you planning to send a card to family and friends? If you are, I offered some suggestions and Bible verses to include in a Thanksgiving card in this post.

Another idea would be to send a card to someone to thank them for being a part of your life. Here are a few suggestions:

• As we give thanks, I want to thank you for your friendship at this time of year. Include a memory.
• I'm thankful that you are my _______________________________ here you could add son, daughter, mother, father, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle, depending on the relationship of who you are sending the card to.
• I appreciate that you are a part of my life. May God bless you each and every day.
